We do not recommend ordering by e-mail, as e-mail is not a secure medium. Our on-line shop is recommended if you wish to order electronically, or you can use one of the other means listed on our main sales page.
When ordering by e-mail, please include the following information:
- your name;
- your organization (if any);
- your full delivery address (and invoicing address, if different), including zip/post code;
- your daytime telephone number and fax number (if any);
- your e-mail address;
- the products and quantities ordered;
- for upgrade orders, your existing product's version number and serial number (or version number and registration details for shareware products);
- your check or international money order (issued in US$), or credit card details. Dynamic Thinking accepts the following major credit cards:
Please note that for all credit cards, Dynamic Thinking will need the following information:
- card number,
- expiry date,
- start date or issue number, if available,
- CVC (security code),
- name of cardholder,
- address of cardholder (if different to delivery address).
