VisiMap Professional 4.1 is the new generation visual mapping product from CoCo Systems' VisiMap product line.
Built on the mature foundation of previous versions, VisiMap Professional 4.1 sets high standards in application usability and function unparalleled in its class.
VisiMap Professional 4.1 supports the way you work. It allows you to quickly and efficiently enter, visualise, restructure, and print, transfer, present, communicate and reuse information using a simple, yet powerful, graphical metaphor that we call a 'visual map'. A visual map is an essentially hierarchical two-dimensional graphical representation that is similar to other common representations variously called idea maps or brain maps.
VisiMap Professional 4.1 is an easy-to-use application for all sorts of planning and management tasks. These range from training and learning, brainstorming, problem-solving, document planning, project planning and management, web-site planning and generation, note-taking, meeting facilitation, personal development and many other day-to-day tasks.
VisiMap Professional 4.1 is designed to structure and present the results of creative thinking, without inhibiting or constraining the creative process.

VisiMap Professional 4.1 adds support for Office 2007 (Outlook, Powerpoint, Project and Word) and compatibility with all editions of Windows Vista. It also adds the facility to export maps to PDF and XPS (Word 2007 required) formats, and to MHTML (single-file HTML archive format), together with a number of other minor new features. The system requirements for VisiMap Professional 4.1 are as follows:

An 80486 processor (a Pentium 300MHz or better processor is recommended).

Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows Server 2003.

On Windows 98, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later must be installed with its integrated desktop option.

800x600 or better display resolution, with 256 or more colors.

Mouse or other pointing device.

Approximately 20Mb of free disk space (plus approx. 20Mb for the installation kit).
For VisiMap Professional 4.1’s HTML support, you will also need to have Microsoft Word 2000 or later installed together with Word's HTML export filter if you wish to include branch notes in the generated HTML. For VisiMap Professional 4.1's HTML archive support (MIME HTML, or MHTML), you will additionally need to be running Windows 2000 or later.
For VisiMap Professional 4.1’s export to Microsoft Outlook, you will also need to have Microsoft Outlook 98 or later installed.
For VisiMap Professional 4.1’s import/export to Microsoft Project, you will also need to have Microsoft Project 98 or later installed.
For VisiMap Professional 4.1’s import/export to Microsoft Word, you will also need to have Microsoft Word 2000 or later installed.
For VisiMap Professional 4.1’s export to Microsoft PowerPoint, you will also need to have Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 or later installed.
For VisiMap Professional 4.1’s export to PDF or XPS, you will also need to have Microsoft Word 2007 or later installed.

If you have purchased a license for using VisiMap Professional 4.1 you will be able to run with its full set of facilities. If you have not yet purchased a license you will be able to install it for trial purposes. In trial mode, VisiMap Professional 4.1 will operate with the following restrictions:
- Printed pages bear the words "For evaluation purposes only", and
- It will cease to function 30 days after you first install it on your system.
You can of course decide to license your copy for use at any time during or after the trial period. When you do so, these restrictions will be removed.

The download size is approximately 875 Kb, and consists of a zipped archive containing a PDF document of around 80 pages. You will need a PDF reader (such as the Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader) installed on your system to read the document.
